Now that it is officially winter it’s time to start thinking about your connection to the club! The cold, wet winter months make getting a good solid grip that doesn’t slip difficult. Two tips to help ensure things don’t slip when you least expect.
- Invest in some spare good quality all weather/rain gloves. Whilst playing change gloves every few holes to ensure you always have a dry glove “on hand”
2.Freshen up your clubs with new grips, I particularly like the the Grip Master leather grips for both wet and humid conditions. Whilst they do get “slimey” in the wet a quick dry with a towel and they are tackier than ever before.
Pop into the Proshop and make sure you don’t let your game “slip” this winter.
