The annual Membership subscription invoices were posted to all members yesterday and should arrive in your post box today, or by Monday 16th September 2013 at the latest.
You will notice that we have introduced a new monthly payment plan and we have included some information regarding this initiative in the post along with your subscription fee invoice.
If you wish to pay your subscription fees via the 12 month payment instalment plan, you must complete a Direct Debit Request Form, which can be downloaded by clicking on the link provided. This form must be returned to the Club along with the remittance slip on the bottom of your subscription fee invoice by 1st October 2013.
Please also be aware that you can now access a copy of your membership renewal invoice via the “my account” section on your home page of the club website. Follow the below instructions to view your invoice on the website:
- Log into the Club website at www.mlgc.org using your membership login details
- Click “more” on the top of the “my account” box on the left hand side of your home page. Your account balances for each membership account will be displayed on the screen.
- Click “transactions” on the top menu, which will display transactions for the month of September 2013.
- Click on “next” on the right of the screen to display transactions for the period 1st October to 31st October 2013.
- The total amount of your subscription fees will display on the screen, dated 1st October 2013 (first day of the Club’s financial year).
- To view a copy of the subscription invoice, click on the word “subscriptions” in blue in the middle of the screen, which will display a pdf copy of your subscription invoice using Adobe Reader.
You will also notice that you can make payment of your membership subscription fees via the “my account” section of the Club website using Visa or Mastercard. Please note a 1% surcharge applies for payments made via the website. Once processed, your secure payment will be automatically uploaded to your account on our membership system.
