We’ve got some fantastic changes happening at the Club that we can’t wait to share with you. We’re always looking for ways to keep your wine experience fresh and exciting at the Club, and we’ve got a delicious update to share. As part of our ongoing effort to support all the incredible wineries featured on our list, we’ll be temporarily rotating Mollydooker Shiraz off the by-the-glass menu. In its place, we’re thrilled to introduce the Langmeil Valley Floor Shiraz – a sensational drop from the heart of the Barossa.
The wine list will be available starting tonight, Thursday, April 24th. This bold and beautifully balanced wine will be featured in the lead-up to our Langmeil Wine Dinner on Saturday, June 14th, giving members a chance to enjoy a glass (or two!) before the big night. We know many of you are fond of Mollydooker, and rest assured, it’s not gone forever – just making way to give Langmeil the spotlight it deserves. This rotation helps ensure that all our featured wineries have a fair chance to be enjoyed by the glass. Introducing Our New Menu – Launching May 9th.
We’re also thrilled to announce the arrival of our new Executive Chef, Marc Eskdale, whose experience includes training in a Michelin-starred kitchen. Marc is excited to bring his creativity and passion to the Club, starting with a brand-new menu.
