Over the past three months we have sought feedback from members and staff through a member survey and some dedicated focus group sessions. These have been invaluable to assist the Club in developing a Brand Strategy.
We thank member Warren Campbell, through his company 'Marketing Why' for facilitating the focus groups, helping evaluate the member survey results and for assisting the Club to identify the MLGC point of difference, and drive towards our Vision of being recognised as a dynamic, progressive, and inclusive golf club.
We sincerely thank those members and staff who participated in the survey and focus groups.
This is only the start, and over time the strategy will evolve.
