The projects which you have already established look great and demonstrate a great level of innovation.
The use of the native species which you have selected outside of the generically available palette has provided an exceptional demonstration on what can be achieved to integrate the natural bushland areas with an ecologically functional landscaped area.
I can see a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the species selection and form compliments and blends with the bushland, adding to the borrowed landscape and giving a grander scale to landscaping.
It would be great to see this expanded and in time I would expect this style to provide a flowing aesthetic throughout the course.
The course should be commended on the steps taken in identifying and working with the amazing environmental asset held within the remnant bushland areas.
I was very impressed with the 15th tee carry and although still developing I can see the uniqueness of your desired outcome; I was especially impressed with the use of the native grasses and Cat's Paws.
Aside from the obvious aesthetic and environmental values, this will go a long way to reducing mowing, fertiliser input and weed management.
I would also like to make comment on the dedication your volunteers have demonstrated and are obviously completely onboard and excited by what you are trying to achieve.
Their work throughout the site is also amazing and from conversations with Paul St Jack, I can tell that he is very passionate about what is being achieved.
I would love to keep up to date with works which you are considering and would welcome the chance to regularly get out and have a look.
