GRP Stage 2 - Update

12^th green - OCM have commenced shaping of the green base and bunkers with earth works on track to be finished next week before fine tuning from Mike Cocking and sign off.

13^th greens - OCM have finished shaping and now waiting for fine tuning from Mike Cocking and sign off by the Club the first week of August.

14^th green - OCM have finished shaping of the green and bunkers, Mike Cocking and the Club have signed off ready for the course staff to commence building of the bunker lips next week.

16^th green -  OCM will commence shaping of the green base and bunker next week. 

Scope of works on all green complexes 

• Course staff to strip existing grass from the work zones
• Course staff to remove irrigation
• OCM to undertake earth works and shaping
• Course staff to build bunker lips using thick couch grass sod from the fairways
• Irrigation to be installed
• Fumigation of the work zone to kill weed seed and nematodes (plastic cover for 10 days)
• OCM and course staff to import growing medium for greens (sand, compost and mineral magic amendment)
• OCM to final shape the green and surround contours
• Course staff to seed the greens and sod the surrounds with Santa ana couch grass
• White Lancelin Bunker sand to be added to all bunkers.
• Grow in and dusting of the new greens
