Scorecards, golf ball boxes and other items are NOT eligible containers. 

Please do not dispose of any items that are not listed on the 'Eligible Containers' list above in the Containers for Change bin. There are numerous other bins located around the clubhouse for this purpose.

We take this opportunity to remind Members of the Clubs By-Law in relation to the 'Cancellation of Function Meals' and 'No Shows':

3.3 FUNCTIONS AND CATERING

Twenty four hours notice is required for the cancellation of function meals booked in advance.  'No Shows' at functions who have failed to advise the Club of their non-attendance may be charged a fee.

Club House facilities are available for hire to members at a discounted rate for "family occasions".  These include anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, engagements or similar functions involving immediate family members.
