Mount Lawley Golf Club is set amongst tranquil fairways and surrounded by heavily wooded roughs, the golf club covers 79 hectares. Environmental responsibility is a core value and we are committed to the conservation of the environment and ensuring our golf course maintenance activities are managed in an environmentally responsible manner.<\/p>\n\n\n

2025<\/h3>\n

City of Stirling Grants Scheme<\/a> – Supporting MLGC Environmental Initiatives. The MLGC planting program continued in 2025 with an additional 1,921 plants installed, taking our total planted since 2019 to 17,702 plants..<\/p>\n

The Mount Lawley Golf Club is pleased to present Beyond the Fairways (BTF) Sustainability Strategy<\/strong> which is a broad sustainability strategy for the Club. We are very proud of what we are doing to manage and improve our environment, and it is pleasing to have an independent third-party specialist from Environmental Golf Solutions endorse our work and confirm the Club is at the leading edge of Australian golf clubs.<\/p>\n

This is also evident in the fact that we have won the WA Golf Industry Environmental Award<\/strong> for each of the last two years.<\/p>\n
